Marc Yoder
President, Yoder Graphics
Second-generation owner continuing the family legacy. Marc joined the company in 1985 and has led its evolution from traditional business forms to a full-spectrum marketing partner.
Watch Our StoryThe Beginning
My father started the company after leaving another national Business Forms company. His niche was Pegboard Accounting Systems (also known as One-write systems) as well as Business Forms.
Expanding into Offset Printing
We expanded into 1 & 2-color Offset printing, covering basic stationery needs, envelopes, and business cards. This was the beginning of providing total print solutions to businesses.
Second Generation Joins
I joined the company in sales, beginning the transition to a second-generation family business.
Digital Revolution Begins
We got our first Desktop Publishing computer & software. Up to this point, we were making artboards by hand, cutting & pasting, or doing designs on graph paper. This was our start into eventually full graphic design capabilities.
Full Color Commercial Printing
We expanded into full-color commercial printing & direct mail services. A natural progression to offer complete printing solutions for our clients.
Professional Design Team
We hired our first professional Graphic Designer, helping us expand into marketing-driven print solutions, especially full-color printing. We also started offering logo design and expanded creative services.
Promotional Products & Apparel
In response to client demand, we added promotional products & decorated apparel. This made us a complete marketing solution for printing & branded products. This was also a strategic response to technology replacing traditional business forms.
New Location in Norton, Ohio
We moved to a new facility in Norton, Ohio, allowing us to expand into warehousing services for our larger print users.
First Full Vehicle Wrap
This was the year we did our first full wrap—a perfect fit for our team and clients. Large format printing rounded out our product line, emphasizing professional design services and expert installation. This shift helped us focus on relationships over commodity pricing.
Moving to Wadsworth, Ohio
We relocated to our current home in Wadsworth, OH—plenty of room for team growth, our expanding vehicle wrap business, and a larger warehousing footprint.
10,000 SF Expansion
We completed a major 10,000 square foot addition to our Wadsworth facility, giving us 3 full-sized installation bays for our growing fleet graphics & vehicle wrapping division.
Celebrating 50 Years
This year marks our 50th anniversary in business. With our new facility completed and operating at full capacity, we've been busier than ever. Growth continues to be the theme—and we're looking to expand our team to keep up with demand.
